A temporary residence card or residence permit is a document that confirms the identity of a foreigner during their stay in Poland. It also grants them the right to multiple entries to Poland without obtaining a visa, work legally, and acquire movable and immovable property in Poland.
Permanent residence card
Permanent residence card is a permanent residence permit, a document entitling to cross the border without a visa and to stay legally on the territory of Poland without restrictions, it confers all the rights of a Polish citizen.
EU resident card
An EU resident card is a document that allows permanent residency in Poland, enabling individuals to legally reside and work. The permit is issued indefinitely, but the card itself needs to be renewed every five years (for the replacement of the plastic card).
Polish citizen passport
Polish citizenship grants the right to unlimited residency, official employment, access to healthcare services, and guaranteed state protection. Filing an appeal
Appeal is the action taken when receiving a negative decision. If the first instance issues a negative verdict, such as a refusal to grant a Residence Card, the foreigner is given two weeks to file an appeal.

PESEL — personal identification number is primarily a tax identifier, and without it, it is not possible to receive income in Poland. It is primarily required for legal employment but may also be necessary for other actions, such as opening a bank account, obtaining tax information, data from ZUS (Social Insurance Institution), and so on.
Meldunek — registration in Poland, known as "meldunek," is a mandatory requirement under Polish law. Without it, it is not possible to obtain a PESEL number, and consequently, it is not possible to find employment or access any government services or institutions.
